The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Excellent phone and written communication for coordinating between external publishers or their salespeople and our internal writing team.
- Solid negotiation skills to help us get the best price from different publications.
- Strong people skills to maintain relationships with existing publishers.
- Exceptional time-management skills for managing publishing deadlines and tracking payments.
- Firm understanding of SEO stats such as Domain Authority, Trust Flow, Citation Flow, Spam Scores and estimated Traffic Stats.
- An eye for detail to identify spammy websites quickly.
- Experience with tools such as SEMRush or Ahrefs to ensure you can help clients find backlink opportunities from fresh publishers.
Key responsibilities
- Your primary objective is to ensure all links go live on time and that our database of quality websites is continuously growing.
- Work well with other team members to ensure you avoid causing a bottleneck in any processes.
